Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Before sending anything back: contact ouiathome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable products, personalized items when applicable, and items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Refunds and exchanges

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged item, email us with photos and your order number.
